The Attacks of 26/11 turns out to be a haphazard piece of work that lacks research and methodology. The story is narrated by Joint Commissioner of police played by Nana Patekar in front of a jury during a deposition.
The story beings at sea with the a group of armed terrorists set to wreak terror and destruction upon the city that awaits them. The places hit, Cafe Leopold, CST Station, Cama Hospital, Taj Mahal hotel are re visited. After many shootouts and gun shots the story with paused narrative ceases to entertain or engage the audience.
Nana Patekar deliver a serious performance but too many slow pauses and monologues serve no purpose to his role. Atul Kulkarni is wasted in a blink and miss role. Sanjay Jaiswal who plays Kasab has a few decent moments towards the end.
Nana Patekar uses voice modulation more often than needed. Ram Gopal Verma`s screen play is dragged and monotonous. Sanjay Jaiswal who plays Kasab has a few good scenes in the end.
